Pierre Woodman at the Cannes Film Festival 2008
Barcelona, Spain. June 6th, 2008. Woodman Entertainment the innovative new adult entertainment brand dedicated to delivering a unique combination of high class, uncompromised hardcore content across all available delivery platforms, proudly presents director Pierre Woodman at the Cannes Film Festival 2008.
Woodman Entertainment took another step towards consolidating the brand as much more than just another adult label as Pierre Woodman attended the Cannes Film Festival. The usual opportunity to discuss business and relax with colleagues from the adult industry was combined with the opportunity to introduce the brand to insiders from the mainstream film industry with a view to both future "crossover" projects, and also to gain wider mainstream recognition for the brand.
Pierre Woodman said: "Cannes was, as ever, fantastic. As always it was wonderful to meet old friends in such a wonderful setting, and to have a chance to relax as well as doing business. We were very lucky to have a number of very significant strategic meetings with some major players from mainstream cinema which produced some very interesting ideas for future crossover projects. I'm considering trying to do something with regular film, I don't know if I'll achieve it but for sure I'll try! I was delighted at the support we received from people at the very highest level of the film industry. I have certainly opened some new doors at Cannes this year with a view to a whole fresh horizon of possibilities."
